Backing of KEEPER token

Each KEEPER token is backed 1:1 by assets in the reserves and the SPV. The reserve contract is where the SPV withdraws its funds for investment from.

The value of the KEEPER token is strictly determined from the market values of the assets in reserves and SPV.
