Kepler Initial State

The initial network features a treasury (facilitates buy/sell of KEEPER), the SPV (through which investments are made to accrue profits), and the staking contract (where stakers earn more tokens periodically). The following are the initial policy states: LCV - LCV will be updated based on the selling pressure. It is tuned regularly by the Policy team to meet the protocol goals. For example, if the protocol wants to reduce assets moving out of its treasury, it can increase the LCV which disincentivizes users to sell their KEEPERs.

SPV Ratio - Controls the total amount that the SPV can withdraw from the treasury for investments.

DAO Ratio - Controls the amount that the DAO can accrue whenever the protocol registers profits.

Stake Ratio - Controls the amount of premium used for the staking pool. The Policy team can increase this to incentivize stakers since they can earn higher rewards

On Mainnet launch, the price of KEEPER will be the same as the final price on Copper Launch.
